Hello! I recently completed my PhD at the Operations Research Center at MIT, working with Professor Dimitris Bertsimas. My research leverages optimization and machine learning techniques in healthcare. I develop novel approaches to enable data-driven decision making, including prescriptive frameworks and interpretable methods. In parallel, I have collaborated extensively with clinical collaborators on projects spanning oncology, pediatric trauma, and COVID-19. I previously worked at athenahealth, a healthcare IT company, on their Data Science team.
I am delighted to be joining Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy in Fall 2023, where I will be an Assistant Professor of Public Policy and Operations Research. In the meantime, I’ll be working on machine learning research at Flatiron Health. If you are interested in data-driven healthcare, I’d love to connect in NYC or Pittsburgh!
